We begin with a short call or video chat to talk through your timing, who’s traveling, and what you want this trip to feel like. We’ll also discuss scope and planning fees so you know exactly what to expect before we start designing.
Book & support
After the call, we design a custom outline for your trip—route, suggested stays, and key experiences. We’ll walk through it with you, make adjustments, and once it feels right, we move into booking with our trusted partners.
As your departure gets closer, we organize everything into a clear digital itinerary with confirmations and contacts in one place. While you’re traveling, we remain available for questions and small adjustments, coordinating with our partners on the ground if anything needs to shift.
